Voiceover talent are not exclusive to VoiceHunter.com and have no obligation to commissions to us for work not procured by VoiceHunter.com. All payments are owed to VoiceHunter for all work. Voiceover talent accept that the best efforts will be made to collect on all work but VoiceHunter DOES NOT guarantee payment if no payment is received and will work in conjunction with efforts to collect with voice talent. Payment is paid once payment is received by VoiceHunter whose payments are billed weekly to attempt prompt payment to talent.

If a talent chooses to no longer continue with the marketing services of VoiceHunter.com, VoiceHunter.com will become the sole billing entity for all work done with clients where work was generated through VoiceHunter.com. Those deals are wholly owned by VoiceHunter.com for the life of those deals. Any default of payment from the station or talent in which payment is owed to VoiceHunter.com will result in judgment to collect solely with the voice talent and by signing up to be a part of VoiceHunter.com originally, the voice over talent forfeits the rights to claim judgments against VoiceHunter.com for monies VoiceHunter.com is able to collect from any other source than the voiceover talent.
